Paperback Books (Physical Products)

Returns Policy

Digital Products (PDF / eBooks)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Digital items are non-returnable

  • Once downloaded or delivered, they are considered “used” and cannot be returned

Paperback Books

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been shipped

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

  • Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before placing the order

Refund Policy

Paperback Books

  • No refund will be provided after the product is shipped

  • No refunds for delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • No refunds for incorrect address provided by the customer

  • File is corrupted or not opening

In such cases, we will resend the correct file or provide alternate access.
