\fB(PREVIEW)\fR Creates a new named configuration.

Except for special cases (NONE), configuration names start with a lower case
letter and contain only lower case letters a\-z, digits 0\-9, and hyphens '\-'.

\-\-billing\-project, \-\-configuration, \-\-flags\-file, \-\-flatten,

\-\-project, \-\-quiet, \-\-trace\-token, \-\-user\-output\-enabled,
\-\-verbosity.

this command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct
project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation\-only early
