Describe a Managed Service for Apache Kafka consumer group.

To describe a consumer group in a cluster named mycluster located in

Consumer group resource \- Identifies the consumer group for details to be
displayed. The arguments in this group can be used to specify the attributes of
this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but
can be set in other ways.
