\fB(BETA)\fR Enable an IAM service account.
If the service account does not exist, this command returns a
\f5PERMISSION_DENIED\fR error.

To enable a service account from your project, run:

Cloud resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but
can be set in other ways.
