application.

To enable split health checks on an application:

The app\-level default service account to update the app with.

Enables/disables split health checks by default on new deployments. Use
\fB\-\-split\-health\-checks\fR to enable and
\fB\-\-no\-split\-health\-checks\fR to disable.

The app\-level SSL policy to update the app with. \fISSL_POLICY\fR must be one
of: \fBTLS_VERSION_1_0\fR, \fBTLS_VERSION_1_2\fR.
