.SH "DESCRIPTION"

\fBgcloud compute network\-firewall\-policies create\fR is used to create
network firewall policies. A network firewall policy is a set of rules that
controls access to various resources.

.SH "EXAMPLES"

To create a global network firewall policy named \f5\fImy\-policy\fR\fR under
project with ID \f5\fItest\-project\fR\fR, run:

.RS 2m
$ gcloud compute network\-firewall\-policies create my\-policy \e
    \-\-project=test\-project \-\-global
.RE

To create a regional network firewall policy named
\f5\fImy\-region\-policy\fR\fR under project with ID \f5\fItest\-project\fR\fR,
in region \f5\fImy\-region\fR\fR, run:

.RS 2m
$ gcloud compute network\-firewall\-policies create my\-region\-policy \e
    \-\-project=test\-project \-\-region=my\-region
.RE

.SH "POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS"

.RS 2m
.TP 2m
\fIFIREWALL_POLICY\fR

name of the network firewall policy to create.

.SH "FLAGS"

.RS 2m
.TP 2m
\fB\-\-description\fR=\fIDESCRIPTION\fR

An optional, textual description for the network firewall policy.

.TP 2m
\fB\-\-policy\-type\fR=\fIPOLICY_TYPE\fR

Network firewall policy type. \fIPOLICY_TYPE\fR must be one of:
\fBVPC_POLICY\fR, \fBRDMA_ROCE_POLICY\fR.

.TP 2m

At most one of these can be specified:

.RS 2m
.TP 2m
\fB\-\-global\fR

If set, the firewall policy is global.

.TP 2m
\fB\-\-region\fR=\fIREGION\fR

Region of the firewall policy to create. Overrides the default
\fBcompute/region\fR property value for this command invocation.
