Describe an Artifact Registry package.
This command can fail for the following reasons:

To describe a package named \f5my\-pkg\fR under the current project, repository,
and location, run:

Package resource \- The Artifact Registry package to describe. The arguments in
this group can be used to specify the attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Some
attributes are not given arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.
