The Cloud KMS resource identifier of the customer managed encryption key used to
protect the resource. Has the form:

The key needs to be in the same region as the destination region of the model to
be copied.

Region resource \- Cloud region to copy the model into. This represents a Cloud
resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but can
be set in other ways.

component of the model resource name. This value may be up to 63 characters, and
